We think finance software
should refuse things.

Most tools in this category are built to say yes — yes to the number, yes to the close, yes to whatever you clicked. We think trust is earned the other way.

What we believe

Three positions.

A number should never be invented.

The engine computes; the model explains. There is no path in the product by which a language model can produce a figure you then rely on. This is architecture, not a prompt instruction, because prompts are not controls.

Software should be able to say no.

A close that completes because someone clicked a button proves nothing. Ours refuses while work is outstanding, refuses to let the preparer sign their own work, and refuses to let a signed month be quietly rewritten.

An AI should propose, not act.

Our agent does real work — it will run a reconciliation and attach its own working as evidence. Then it stops and waits for a person, because the second signature is the whole point and it is not the agent’s to give.

Where we are

Built in Cairo, for a
region most tools ignore.

Insights knows that the working week can run Sunday to Thursday, that a close deadline of WD+3 is not a weekday count, and that your controller may want to work in Arabic. The interface and the agent both do. That is not localisation added late — it was in the product from the start, because we work here.

Contact

Talk to us.

We are small enough that you will speak to someone who built it. Tell us how you close today and we will tell you honestly whether this helps.

  1. 01A 20-minute callHow many entities you close, who touches it, where the data lives.
  2. 02A close run on your numbersWe set up one period with your own trial balance so you judge it on your data, not a demo.
  3. 03A price, that weekScoped on the size of your close rather than headcount, because the second signature should never cost extra.

Careers

We hire people who read the ledger.

No open roles listed right now. If you are an engineer who cares about correctness, or an accountant who has ever rebuilt a close in a spreadsheet at midnight, write to us anyway and say what you would fix first.
